Palembang August 2019 - JNE Palembang held an outbound team building on the weekend of August 18, 2019 at the Jakabaring Shooting Range in Palembang. Choosing theme "Make a team work get the dream work", this activity is filled with lots of games that are not only for fun, but also apply the values and vision and mission of the company.

Saya memiliki toko di Lazada. Saya mengirimkan paket menggunakan service JNE Express dengan nomor resi JNAC-0004202716. Paket dikirim dari Senen, Jakarta Pusat ke Duren Sawit, Jakarta Timur pada 8 Juni 2020 pukul WIB. Pada 9 Juni pukul WIB, saat saya cek resi, ternyata status paket "hold for further instructions". Pada pagi hari, saya tanyakan hal ini ke agen JNE Kwitang, Senen. Saya disarankan untuk menelepon Customer Service JNE. Saat saya telepon, Customer Service JNE membuatkan laporan untuk diteruskan kepada operasional JNE agar paket dapat segera dikirim. Pada 10 Juni, saya telepon kembali karena di website belum ada progress. Informasinya, laporan sudah diteruskan ke JNE Duren Sawit untuk memaksimalkan pengiriman barang. Saya menekankan laporan saya ke customer service karena paket saya ditahan sepihak tapi tidak ada penjelasan. Sampai 11 Juni, saya cek di tracking, tidak ada progress update status. Saya kecewa karena barang kiriman tersebut adalah milik pembeli. Saya sudah percayakan pengirimannya kepada JNE tetapi status keberadaan paket tidak jelas. Terima kasih. DND
